Job Description


SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing routine administrative duties such as typing professional correspondence memos and other documents data entry organizing record keeping; keeping a detailed and accurate order entry; greeting and directing visitors; sorting and distributing mail and faxes; preparing UPS and Federal Express shipments; photocopying; maintaining files; generating reports; scheduling meetings; coordinating travel reservations; ordering supplies; maintaining vehicle schedules and maintenance; and any other duties or special projects as assigned.

 REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: 3 plus years experience. Computer Skills: Standard computer skills including generating simple letters spreadsheets and or graphics for personal business use or creating simple queries. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Special Skills: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking is necessary
