SALARY RANGE: 100K TO 110K Per Annum
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
8 years of experience in swiftly managing and resolving incidents to minimize disruptions and reduce incident backlog.
8 years of experience in continuously monitoring and optimizing the performance of business applications to ensure stability.
8 years of experience in conducting thorough root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
8 years of experience in providing critical technical support and maintaining a knowledge base.
8 years of experience in training and mentoring peers and low-level support teams regularly.
8 years of experience in recommending system improvements.
8 years of experience in delivering strategic insights into system health.
4 years of college degree may substitute for equivalent experience.
